How our VPC Plasma and nanocoatings work for you
We apply VPC – Vacuum Plasma Coating – to the underside of your stencil and inside each aperture, cutting down on solder paste sticking and reducing flux build-up. This means your paste comes away easily, keeping the volume consistent across every print. Our nanocoating option provides a non-stick finish that is especially effective for dense images, fine pitches, and small apertures.
